In this workshop we identify the changing role of government in our communities, explore the foundations of an effective partnership, discuss the conditions that are most conducive to public-private partnerships, and explore a variety of alternative strategies to government service delivery. Participants learn the philosophy of the quality movement and practical approaches to make things better.
