Developing Public-Private Relationships

March 28, 2012 – 8:30 am – 3:15 pm, Pyle Center, Madison. Cost: $128.

In this workshop we identify the changing role of government in our communities, explore the foundations of an effective partnership, discuss the conditions that are most conducive to public-private partnerships, and explore a variety of alternative strategies to government service delivery. This three-part course introduces participants to the fundamental concepts and methods necessary to implement a quality improvement project. Participants learn the philosophy of the quality movement and practical approaches to make things better.
